Pratik is a PhD candidate in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Purdue. His research is on neurotrauma, specifically investigating mild traumatic brain injury in youth athletes. Pratik has been with PGSG for six years now, serving in various positions and capacities. Having mainly served on the Life team, he is looking forward to improve graduate student life and advocate for its growth during 2020-21. His other passions include teaching and mentoring the youth of tomorrow. Hobbies like playing the bass, cricket and softball keep him busy as he battles through graduate school.

Upholding and uplifting the quality of graduate student life at Purdue
Organize social events and meetings to facilitate graduate student inclusion within the Lafayette-West Lafayette community.
Organize and assist with the streamlined execution of Mental Health Awareness Week, Graduate Student Appreciation Week.
Liaison and strengthen the nexus with other organizations at Purdue that work on student life.
